Dawn Turner (BA)
Founder & Operations Director
A mother of two serving soldiers (One now a Veteran) understands the difficulties the Armed Forces personnel face when adjusting to civilian life. She dedicated most of her adult life in the caring/nursing profession. She holds a B.A. Honours degree in Criminology and specialised in veteran’s mental health in relation to adaption. Moreover, previous roles as a caseworker and fundraiser with various military charities, she offers lots of experience in supporting veterans in civilian life.
Perminder Kundi (Bob)
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Has been self-employed for the last twenty years and has vast experience in business affairs. Hence it was natural he fell into the role of CEO for STEPWAY. He holds an accredited landlord’s licence with Worcester City Council and highly regarded within the housing agencies. He has worked within the homeless sector for many years by providing support and a safe haven for some people who had no-where else to turn.

Retired Army Major, 20 years service in the REME •Company Director working in Defence and Aerospace Industry •Worcester City Councillor and Armed Forces Champion •15 Years business experience in global industry and running his own business

Accountant & Treasurer
Served as a reserve with the Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers for 7 and a half years.
Qualified as an accountant in 2014 at the local college and set up his own micro-practice in Worcester.
Founder and organiser of the Worcester Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Club.
Became a Parish Councillor in May 2019.
Season ticket holder at Worcester Warriors.
Started learning computers and systems from as young as 8 years old
Interests:technology and innovation, in particular cryptocurrency and problem solving with data transmission.
Served with 37 signal regiment as a radio operator
worked in psychiatric care and complete and obtain my mental health nursing degree.
After nearly 8 years, starting my second degree in adult nursing
On the 13th March 2020 STEPWAY signed the Armed Forces Covenant Pledge. We are delighted to receive the Bronze award for the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.
